Japan PM Takaichi reappointed following election

Although Takaichi Sanae had won a Lower House vote to stay on as Japan’s Prime Minister, the Upper House voting process is currently underway and the ruling bloc doesn’t have a majority in the Upper House. But even if no candidate won the first round of voting, Takaichi was expected to win a potential run-off. Then, she will launch her second cabinet, though she will reappoint the same ministers.
