Israel's Foreign Minister calls warnings of famine risk in Gaza 'a lie'

Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar called repeated warnings of the risk of famine in Gaza "a lie" after his government suspended aid deliveries over a disagreement on the extension of the ceasefire in the Palestinian territory. 

Gideon Saar, Israel's Foreign Minister said "Today we froze all the trucks that entered to the Gaza Strip during the last 42 days, and we will always be ready to negotiate according to our principles."

With regards to this starvation claim, that was a lie during all this war" Saar said at a press conference in Jerusalem.
