Israel defence minister in India to mark 30 years of ties

Israeli Defence Minister Benny Gantz was given a Tri-Services guard of honour welcome in New Delhi on Thursday. The Israeli defence minister is there to mark 30 years of diplomatic and defence ties with India.

Gantz was received by his Indian counterpart Rajnath Singh and the two sides are expected to hold talks. Gantz is also expected to meet Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
