Inspections in Thanatpin Township: Bago Region CM inspects mill and farms

Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win and departmental officials made inspections in Thanatpin Township on Thursday.

During the inspection, a rice mill owner clarified about the work implementations by using Gasifire Power Plant and the Chief Minister and party inspected the Gasifire Power Plant. He called on officials to accelerate the production of gasifier fuel and widely utilization of gasifier fuel in rural areas as a substitution of firewood fire and to be able to export gasifier fuel to foreign countries.

The Chief Minister added the need to provide electricity to the villages with Gasifire power plant. He also visited a Mung Bean whole sale center, met with the local farmers and growers and gave instructions of accelerating summer paddy plantations and implementing solar irrigation with the State economic promotion fund.

The Chief Minister also inspected a duck farming in Kamar Se Village and coordinated with the officials to plant Nivea grass as animal food and to produce value added duck eggs products such as century duck eggs and fermented duck eggs.

Also, the Chief Minister party inspected a successful cultivation of 5 acres of summer paddy plantation with the frame system and coordinated the requirements.
