Inspections: SAC Members Inspect Power Plant, Bridge Construction

Members of the State Administration Council [SAC] Dr. Banyar Aung Moe and Mahn Nyein Maung as well as union ministers and many other officials on Saturday visited the Myanmar Lighting (IPP) Power Plant in Mawlamyaing of Mon State.

There, they heard reports on matters including power supply to Mon and Kayin states from the Plant and gave necessary instructions.

The SAC members continued their inspection trip to the new Attayan Bridge construction site which will be constructed with the JICA ODA LOAN.

During the inspection, they heard reports on the four-lane Bridge which is designed to be 326 feet long and 20.7 meters wide – the construction is now 1.63 percent completed.
