Inspection Tour : Visiting the academic facilities in Myeik

Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw, along with Tanintharyi Region Minister for Social Affairs U Thet Naing, visited Myeik Polytechnic University on Friday.

During the visit, the Union Minister met with the  Pro Rector of the university, department heads, faculty members, and staff to discuss academic matters and address their suggestions. He also toured classrooms, practical labs, computer rooms, workshops, libraries, sports halls, student hostels, and staff housing, giving guidance on necessary improvements.

The Union Minister later visited the Government Technical High School (Myeik) and the Faculty of Computing at Myeik Polytechnic University. He met with school principals, teachers, and staff to listen to their needs and provided necessary instructions for follow-up actions.
