Inspection of BEIAL High Schools: MOE UM inspects BEIAL High Schools in Nay Pyi Taw

Union Minister for Education, Dr. Chaw Chaw Sein, accompanied by the Deputy Minister U Nay Myo Hlaing, directors-general, and responsible officials, visited the Basic Education and Industrial, Agricultural and Livestock High School (MRTV) in Thawdar Village, Tatkone Township in Nay Pyi Taw Council Area, on 15 January.

During the visit, the Union Minister toured the school to inspect students’ learning activities and delivered words of encouragement. In her address, the Union Minister said that after passing the matriculation examination, students’ opportunities for further education would differ depending on their abilities.

Outstanding students should continue their studies at technological universities and government technical colleges, Yezin Agricultural University, and veterinary universities. Students who pass at a general level may attend Government Technical Institutes (Engineering Technology Diploma), Agricultural Institutes (Agriculture Diploma), Government Technical Institutes (Agricultural Machinery Technology Diploma), Agricultural Institutes (Livestock Diploma), and Fisheries Science Institutes (Fisheries Science Diploma). Students who do not pass will receive certificates and will be able to enter the workforce. She urged students to study their lessons diligently on a daily basis in order to achieve their goals.

Afterward, the Union Minister inspected classrooms, practical training plantations, the computer room, and industrial and agricultural equipment. Subsequently, the Union Minister, the Deputy Minister, and officials proceeded to No. (20) Basic Education and Industrial, Agricultural and Livestock High School in Pobbathiri Township, where they observed and encouraged students engaged in practical learning activities and toured the classrooms and school compound.
