Infrastructure Development: Development projects in Dawei inspected

Tanintharyi Region Chief Minister U Zaw Naing Oo inspected ongoing drainage improvement and infrastructure development projects in Dawei Township on Sunday. They inspected drainage excavation works, culvert construction, and waterway improvement projects in various wards, aimed at improving water flow and reducing flooding.

The Chief Minister stressed the importance of proper planning, accurate water-level assessments, and cooperation with local communities to ensure effective drainage systems. He also reviewed road and bridge construction projects, including a planned bridge connection near the port area and a completed four-lane concrete road section. He instructed officials to meet quality standards, remain durable in the long term and complete on schedule.
