Indonesian Nat’l Olympic Academy’ Launched

The Indonesian National Olympic Committee on Monday has launched an academy to promote sports and the values of Olympics to young Indonesians. The new academy could attract more young people to become athletes. The academy is part of the international Olympic Academy which builds the same academies across the globe.

It is expected that more Indonesian people will appreciate the process and struggle of the country’s athletes in achieving their goals especially at the international level. The academy offers various programs every year for example Olympic studies scholarships as well as student exchanges with the academy counterparts in other countries.
