India-Dominica strengthen bilateral ties

India and Dominica have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties through continued diplomatic engagement, as Indian Minister of State for External Affairs Pabitra Margherita met President Sylvanie Burton in Roseau during his official visit to the Caribbean nation.

During the meeting, Margherita conveyed greetings from the President and Prime Minister of India to President Burton, who is Dominica’s first woman President from the indigenous Kalinago community. Both sides discussed ways to further deepen bilateral cooperation and reviewed the growing partnership between India and Dominica.
