India’s Finance Minister visits Norway

India’s Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman arrived in Oslo on Sunday for a two-day official visit aimed at strengthening economic cooperation between India and Norway.

During the visit, she called on Norway’s Prime Minister, Jonas Gahr Støre, to discuss enhancing cooperation across sectors such as trade, green energy, and investment. She held bilateral meetings with Norway’s Finance Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry. The discussions are expected to focus on expanding trade relations, strengthening financial collaboration, and encouraging innovation-driven partnerships.
