



Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Khin Yi on Sunday visited the Immigration and Population Training School in Nay Pyi Taw and met with trainees attending the foreigner registration and tax evasion detection training for trainers.
During the visit, the Union Minister heard report on aim of the training, offered courses and plans for foreigner registration process. He also called on the trainees to work together on the foreigner registration and tax collection processes as the processes are important for the country.
The Union Minister also stressed importance of data for registration and tax collection and called on cooperation for successful implementation of e-ID system.
It’s reported that 27 trainees from regions and states attended the 3-day training starting on the 29th of July, and the trainees will open training in their regions and states to share what’s learnt in this training.
