Immigration and Population: Issuance of household lists and NRC cards

The Ministry of Immigration and Population is carrying to issue the household list and national registration cards that have been lost and damaged during the severe Mandalay earthquake.

On Wednesday, Member of the National Disaster Management Committee Union Minister U Myint Kyaing visited the disaster relief camp in Tabaung Ground in Nay Pyi Taw to oversee the process. He also instructed for systematic scrutiny works for the lost and damaged household lists and NRC cards while informing the public of reapplying for their lost ones.

The Union Minister later visited the Immigration Offices in Pyinmana, Zabuthiri and Ottarathiri Townships, and the Union Terrority and inspected the damaged facilities. He also viewed the operatio of office works through the temporary set-up offices and instructed for implementation of reconstruction and rehabilitation works.
