Health Care Services: Free specialist medical program in Pathein

Ayeyawady Region Chief Minister U Aye Kyaw visited Pathein People's Hospital on Saturday to observe and encourage a free specialist medical treatment program being provided by professors and specialist doctors from the Ministry of Health.

The Chief Minister comforted patients receiving treatment, and distributed refreshments. He also observed healthcare services provided by specialists in cardiology, diabetes, gastroenterology, oncology, respiratory medicine, neurology, pediatrics, liver diseases, and nephrology. He instructed officials to ensure patients receive treatment comfortably, maintain hospital cleanliness, and strengthen healthcare services. The free medical program will be conducted at Pathein People's Hospital from May 30 to 31.
