



The Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar) held the opening ceremony of the 4th Management Training Course at the Yadanar hall of the Academy. The course is designed to help government employees to understand the concepts of good governance and nationalistic fervour and leadership skills and to acquire the basic concepts of national security and defense. This time training course is for the civil servants of the General Administration departments in the upper Myanmar.
In addition to management sector, the course also covers basic military knowledge during the course period. Most of the trainings will be conducted by the Academy and the Management Course will be taught by the relevant General Administration Departments.
Dr. Khin Mar Myo, Pro-Rector (Teaching), Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar) said "This course is opened especially for the staff of the General Administration Department. In this training, we give the lectures about service management, anti-corruption as well as how to provide services to the public. Today, 3 courses are opened the same time at our Academy that are basic training for clerks, Hybrid course and basic Training for junior officers. "
Nan Nyein Myint Thu, Trainee said "Our Department is the General Administrative Department which manages the administrative, economic and social issues. I’m very proud to attend this course. I will try my best and will apply the knowledge from the course in my work field to be able to provide good services to the people. "
241 trainees are attending 10-week course and the course will be conducted practically and theoretically to them.
