Four die in plane crash in Siberia

Four people were killed and 15 injured after a plane carrying skydivers crashed in Russia's Kemerovo region. According to regional authorities, a twin-engine L-140 plane carrying 19 people broke apart after a hard landing. Four of the injured are said to be in severe condition. The reason behind the crash is being investigated, authorities said in the statement.
