Floats to display: Meeting to send floats to the Union Day held

The coordination meeting on sending region represented floats and performers group to the 75th anniversary diamond jubilee of Union Day was held at the meeting room of the region government office, Dawei Township, Tanithayi Region on December 2.

At the meeting, the chief minister U Myat Ko explained about holding the meeting to discuss the matters on sending 3 floats from each region and state including Nay Pyi Taw Council representing respective region and state and displaying regional landmark, products of region and traditions and customs of regional ethnic people.

It’s not a sufficient work to be done only by the regional government. The region ministers, experienced intelligences and intelligentsias are urged to give suggestions to display regional landmark, regional products and traditions and customs of ethnic people in the region on the floats.

Then, the region ministers, experienced intelligences and intelligentsias suggested regional landmark, regional products and traditions and customs of ethnic people in the region to display on the floats and the chief minister coordinated necessaries.
