Fishery Resources: Over 32,000 fingerlings released into Mingala Lake in Nay Pyi Taw

The Ministry of Planning and Finance released fingerlings into the Mingala Lake in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday.

Led by Union Minister U Win Shein, a total of 350 officials and staff for the Ministry took part in the ceremony and released over 32,000 fingerlings into the lake.

The fingerlings have been releasing into the rivers, creeks, dams and reservoirs in order to increase fishery resources, to prevent from depletion of fish species and sufficient supply of fish through sustainability.
