Executive-Level Officers Training: UCSB Chairman delivered the opening speech

The opening ceremony of the Executive-Level Senior Officers Training Course No. (12), was held at the Civil Service Academy (Lower Myanmar) on September 22 and attended by the Chairman of Union Civil Service Board U Soe Min Oo, who delivered the opening speech.

In his opening speech, UCSB Chairman U Soe Min Oo stated that the trainee officials are responsible for the development and progress of the nation and need to be fully qualified. He emphasized the importance of sincerely and wholeheartedly fulfilling their individual duties to contribute to the country's economic advancement.

He also stressed that as civil servants, it is necessary to remain politically neutral and to clearly distinguish between politics and state affairs, urging civil servants to be loyal to the nation. A total of 23 participants are attending the Executive-Level Senior Officers Training Course No. (12), which is scheduled to run from September 22, to November 19, 2025, it’s reported.
