






In order to turn out the skillful labour force for the country, the vocational training courses are being provided by the government and private sectors as well.
The training courses were conducted not only for the youths who want to work abroad but also to those who are seeking their skillful achievement.
Chairman, Thu Kha Su San Overseas Employment Agency, Chan Thar said "If the young people are excelled in their skills, they can obtain job easily and then fetch the high income. So, in accord with our motto “Effective short-term teaching and turning out qualified workers”, we are conducting training for the workers. In this way, we can contribute to our country by turning out the skilled workers."
The courses offer at training schools include welding, pipe filter, steel filter, electrical, mechanical, aircon repairing, carpenter, blacksmith, scaffolding and container truck driver which are the most demand jobs for oversea employment.
Founder, Htet Oo Training Center, Min Hlaing said "The certificates, issued by this training center are approved by Singapore, and the exam was also conducted by Singapore. In addition, Pass/ fail certificates were issued from Singapore. With this pass certificate, the workers can apply for visa. If there is no certificate, they cannot get visa. The training period is two months. If the trainees need to study more, we extend the course period for one month. The coaches are the holders of Bachelor of Engineering Degree, and they are the certified coaches by Singapore."
Trainee said "By attending this training, we get knowledge for our life and we can stand with that as a livelihood. Whether we go abroad or not, at least we get knowledge. I would like to urge all the young people in Myanmar to join this training course."
The training courses are approved by the National Skills Standards Authority. With the skills training provided by these vocational centers, there will create more employment opportunities for youngsters.
