











President U Min Aung Hlaing met officials and staff of the Myanmar Embassy and the Office of the Myanmar Military Attaché, their family members, and Myanmar scholarship students at the Myanmar Embassy in Bangkok on Friday.
The Ambassador explained the work process of the embassy. In his remarks, the President stressed the need to protect Myanmar nationals who are in Thailand for various circumstances and migrant workers in Thailand, ensure their safety and labor rights under the laws of both countries, and strengthen assistance through the Myanmar Embassy and military attaché office.
He urged Myanmar military and civilian trainees in Thailand to make the most of their studies, improve their professional skills and Thai language proficiency, and contribute to bilateral cooperation. He also called on embassy and military attaché staff to uphold Myanmar's national interests, strengthen the country's image, and work together in carrying out their duties.
The President later met with Myanmar nationals who had visited the Myanmar Embassy in Bangkok to complete passport-related procedures.
He encouraged them to seek assistance from the embassy or military attaché office if they faced any difficulties and to comply with local laws. He also instructed embassy staff to provide patient and compassionate services and to protect the rights and interests of Myanmar nationals and migrant workers in accordance with the law.
