Election Affairs: UEC Chairman received Chinese Ambassador

Union Election Commission Chairman U Thein Soe received Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar Mr Chen Hai in Nay Pyi Taw on Tuesday.

They discussed the UEC’s ongoing work plans, being conducted in line with the five-point road map of the State Administration Council, future work plans and inspections of political parties as well as the commission’s activities, amendment of laws and rules to organize the election, compiling of voter lists and China-Myanmar bilateral relations.
