




Aiming at the development of Myanmar’s industrial sector, to manufacture more industrial products met quality and standards, to fulfill the human resources for the development of MSMEs, to provide skilled workforce for the industrial sector, to create job opportunities for the youths and poverty alleviation, the Ministry of Industry has opened 6 industrial training schools and industrial subjects have been given to the trainees.
In the morning on December 11, the ceremony of completing 2 years training course of mechanical skills training batch no (39) of No.1 industrial training school (Hsin Te) was held with the attendance of the Union Minister for Industry Dr. Charlie Than and senior officials, trainees and their parents.
First, the director generals, managing directors, deputy director generals and chairman of Pyay District Administration Council handed the certificate of completing training individually.
Next, the Union Minister awarded the prizes to the outstanding students in regular attendance, Electrical Fitter, Information Technology, Machine Tool Operator, Tool & Die Maker, Machinery Fitter, Mechanical Draughtsman, Motor Vehicle Mechanic and Pattern Maker subjects.
Then, the union minister gave an extended guidance to the students who completed the trainings and will join the work fields. Afterward, the union minister met with the outstanding prizes winner students, gave them words of encouragement, viewed the training completing projects carried out by the students and awarded the prizes to the project winner teams.
The union minister attended the lunch hosted in commemoration of completing batch no (39) of 2 years mechanical skill training and enjoyed the lunch together with the instructors, trainees and their parents.
In the afternoon, the union minister visited Pyay District Directorate of Industrial Supervision and Inspection, heard the clarifications the responsible officials regarding with the work implementation and gave necessary instructions, it’s learnt.
