The Tatmadaw has been conducting Counter-Terrorism Operations to ensure the peaceful existence of the public. Following the full control over Thipaw Township in Shan State (North), efforts are being vigorously and simultaneously carried out to restart the government's administrative mechanism, resume education for children, restore healthcare services for local residents, and undertake rehabilitation tasks.

As part of these efforts, a collective cleanup operation was conducted on October 21, at Basic Education High School No. (1) and the People's Hospital in Thipaw Township by Tatmadaw members, Myanmar Police Force members, Fire Service personnel, relevant department staff, and local residents.

This was done to enable schools to reopen as soon as possible, ensuring the education sector for students in and around Thipaw Township remains unaffected, and to smoothly reopen hospitals for the public's healthcare needs. Furthermore, Basic Education High School No. (1), in Thipaw Township began enrolling school-aged children according to their grade levels.

It is reported that 112 students have been enrolled. These enrolled students were provided with free textbooks, writing materials, and supplies from the Ministry of Education, and relevant officials addressed necessary requirements. Additionally, the Department of Immigration and Population has opened a temporary branch office at Kondaw Pariyatti Monastery in Thipaw Township and has begun providing services such as household list verification and issuing Citizenship Scrutiny Cards for local ethnic residents.

Security force members are also conducting mine clearance operations in government offices and public areas frequently used by people in Thipaw Township. It is also reported that the members of security forces continue to carry out territorial security and control duties to ensure the stability, long-term development, and peaceful socio-economic livelihoods of the local ethnic residents in Thipaw Township.
