Educational philosophy: Ministry of Industry held educational philosophy talk

In commemoration of 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Union Day, the educational knowledge dissemination talk of the industrial training centers was held at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Industry on Friday with the attendance of Union Minister Dr. Charlie Than.

Then, the union minister elaborated the basic concepts of educational philosophy such as reasoning, education, the objectives and field of educational philosophy, utilities, the major educational philosophies, the philosophers’ crucial educational philosophies as there is a requirement of knowledge sharing regarding with the educational philosophy for the instructors in the industrial training centers.

There are 8 industrial training centers established under the Ministry of Industry and industrial skillful labours have been turning out. The trainees are given 30% of theoretical lessons and 70% of practical lessons in the training centers. So, the educational philosophies suitable for the training center should be picked up and applied.

As the industrial training centers are playing the vital role for the development of human resources, the capacity building and performance improvement trainings for the instructors have been opening and the capacity enhancement programs are being carried out continuously, it’s reported.
