Drugs Seizures: Thousands of stimulant tablets, heroin seized

Illegal drugs were seized in some townships. In Pyinmana, Myawaddy, Tharsi, Kutkai and Kunhing townships areas, over 170,000 stimulant tablets and over 2 kilograms of heroin were seized.

Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken against the suspects under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
