Drugs seized: Worth over 28 bln seized in Tachilek Township

A total of over 28 billion Kyats worth of stimulant tablets was seized in the Tachilek township of Shan State (East), it is learnt.

A combined team consisting of members of the Anti-Drug Police Force examined a house of Ma Ei Shan Kywet in Tachilek Township at 10:30 am on 21 November, according to information. over 600,000 ecstasy tablets, 113.04 kilogrammes of Happy Water, 35,000 Erimin-5 tablets and a Honda car were captured. Legal action is taken against them and the Myanmar Police Force is trying to expose those connected with the offenders.
