Drug Seizure: Heroin Worth 660 Million Kyats Seized In Shan State

Illegal drug was seized in Shan State. In Naung Cho Township area of the State, 44 kilograms of heroin worth 660 million Kyats destined for Mandalay Region were seized. The seizure led to an arrest of 2 men. Investigation is underway and actions have been taken against the suspects in line with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
