Drug Seizure: ‘ICE’ Worth Over 17 Billion Kyats Seized

Illegal drug was seized in southern Shan State. In Loilem Township area of the State, ‘ICE’ or methamphetamine worth over 17.3 billion Kyats destined for Taunggyi was seized. 6 men were arrested along with the seizure. Investigation is underway and actions have been taken against the suspects in line with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
