Dinner Ceremony: 77th Anniversary of Armed Forces Day Reception

The 77th Anniversary of the Armed Forces Day Reception and Dinner Ceremony 2022 hosted by Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla took place on Sunday evening in Nay Pyi Taw.

At the beginning of the dinner, fireworks were launched from the military parade ground and Bayintnaung Villa. Also present at the Ceremony were Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win and wife Daw Than Than Nwe as well as many other high ranking officials.

The Senior General and wife cordially met with those who attended the dinner and artists from the Myawaddy Entertainment Troupe who entertained the guests before and during the dinner.

In commemoration of the 77th Anniversary of the Armed Forces Day, drones were used to display the banners of the 77th Armed Forces Day, map and flag of Myanmar and symbols of Tatmadaw (Army, Navy and Air.

After the dinner, the Senior General and party awarded the military personnel who performed at the ceremony. The Senior General and the attendees were also entertained with live music performed by the famous national artists at Thabin Hall of Zeyathiri Beikman and bouquet were presented.
