Development Works: Agriculture and livestock works in Tyayawady Township

Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win made a tour to inspect the development of agriculture and livestock in Thayawady District on 23rd May.

Chief Minister and officials visited layer duck farm in NgaPhyuKalay village  of Thayawady township, where they observed the successful breeding. They then viewed the thriving of Pawsan paddy, purifying seeds via machine and coordinated for expansion of high quality paddy cultivation.

At the Agriculture training school in Inn Village,  they inspected the nurturing of Robusta coffee saplings. The Chief Minister and party then observed the dredging of Yoe Creek, located in upper U TaikKi sluice gate, to support for upgrading the cultivated lands in waterlogged paddy fields of KyonKone village tract.

During the tour, the Chief Minister coordinated the necessaries. At ChanthaKone Village tract of Latpadan township, the Chief Minister met with local farmers and stressed to implement Home Garden, providing vegetable seeds.
