Data entry process: MoIP Union Minister inspected data entry of form-1

The Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Khin Yi together with the officials concerned visited the department of national registration and citizenship situated in Kyaukdata Township, Yangon Region and the director-general U Htein Win clarified the keeping the individual citizen’s personal record form-1 and maintenance of citizen record form-1 of regions and states with digital system by scanning them and the union minister coordinated necessaries.

Next, the union minister met with the staff members who are carrying out the scanning and keeping record of form-1 and said that the household lists form (66/6) and citizenship registration card issued record book (Naing-4) are being put into the computer and sending to the Server in Nay Pyi Taw Head Office to have correct voters list, as the form-1 is the important evidence to scrutinize the citizenship under the law, the staff members are needed to understand why those are being kept in digital system etc.

Afterward, the union minister inspected scanning and recording form-1 and maintenance of form-1 documents in the record room and tended the necessaries.  Later, the union minister visited Government Technical Institute in Insein Township and inspected data entry the household list form (66/6) into the computer and sending them to the head office in Nay Pyi Taw. Next, the union minister gave necessary guidelines to the persons who are conducting the work process, provided foodstuff and cordially greeted.
