COVID-19 Update: Ministry Reports No New COVID-19 cases at 8:00 A.M. on 4th July

Ministry of Health and Sports at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday reported no new COVID-19 case after testing 575 lab specimens as the second batch. COVID-19 cases in Myanmar have now reached 306 with 6 deaths.

While 237 patients have recovered from the disease, 219 of them have been discharged from the hospitals and put under quarantine.

The World’s worst-hit countries are United States of America, Brazil, Russian Federation, India, the United Kingdom, Peru, Chile, Spain, Italy, and the Islamist Republic of Iran, according to the World Health Organization.

Globally, as of 6:36 pm CEST, 3rd July 2020, there have been over 10.72 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 517,340 deaths, reported to WHO.

Totaling 1,555 lab specimens were tested by the National Health Laboratory (NHL), Department of Medical Research (DMR), Public Health Laboratory (Mandalay), Public Health Laboratory (Mawlamyine) and No.1 Tatmataw Hospital (1000 bed) from 3rd to 4th morning of July.
