


The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures. The Ministry reported 73 COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Tuesday after testing 10,048 patients within 24 hours.
At the time of the report, there’s 1 patient who died due to the disease while 62 patients have recovered. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 632,391 with 19,486 deaths and 606,621 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.
The World’s worst-hit countries are the United States of America, India, France, Germany, Brazil, the Republic of Korea, the United Kingdom, Italy, Japan and Russian Federation, according to the World Health Organization. Globally, as of 4:12pm CET, 8 November 2022, there have been over 629 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 6.58 million deaths.
