
The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.
The Ministry reported 445 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Thursday after testing 18,155 lab specimens within 24 hours. 1 patient has died due to the disease while 780 patients have recovered and were discharged from hospitals. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 607,844 with 19,418 deaths and 561,667 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.
