
The Ministry of Health reported 368 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Thursday after testing 25,452 lab specimens within 24 hours. No COVID-19 positive patient has died while 105 patients have recovered and were discharged from hospitals. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 536,904 with 19,310 deaths and 513,662 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.
The World’s worst-hit countries are United States of America with over 74.78 million confirmed cases followed by India, Brazil, France, The United Kingdom, Russian Federation, Turkey, Italy, Germany and Spain according to the World Health Organization. Globally, as of 6:02 p.m. Central European Time on February 3, 2022, there have been over 383.50 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 5.69 million deaths, reported to WHO.
