Covid-19 Update: 250 New Cases Reported At 8 P.M. On December 13

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures. The Ministry reported 250 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Monday after testing 15,200 patients within 24 hours.
5 COVID-19 positive patients have died while 326 patients have recovered and were discharged from hospitals. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 526,911 with 19,188 deaths and 503,433 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.
The World’s worst-hit countries are the United States of America, India, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Russian Federation, Turkey, France, Germany, Iran and Argentina, according to the World Health Organization. Globally, as of 4:51pm CET, 13 December 2021, there have been over 269 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 5.3 million deaths.
