COVID-19 Fight: Daily Imports of Medical Supplies Continue

For the COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures, the Ministry of Commerce is making efforts to ensure people have access to the essential medical supplies including liquid oxygen and oxygen cylinders.

The Ministry is arranging continuous importation on public holidays as well. On the 8th of January, 22 tonnes of masks via the Chinshwehaw trade zone.

It’s learnt that officials from the relevant departments are cooperating to facilitate and expedite the standard operating procedures, including online registration for the import process.
