Coordination Meeting: Meeting On Duty Assignment For Diamond Jubilee Union Day Held

The coordination meeting regarding the tasks assigned by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture for the celebration of 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Union Day to be able to carry out successfully was held at the Ministry, Nay Pyi Taw on January 5.

The Union Minister U Ko Ko, deputy minister U Tun Ohn, permanent secretary, director-generals, rector, deputy permanent secretary, deputy director-generals and responsible officials attended the meeting.

In his opening speech, the union minister said that the meeting is to assign duty for each head of department, the ministry is assigned duty of subcommittee for distribution of invitation, reception and entertainment, deputy minister (culture) to supervise the duties, distribution of invitation and reception to be carried out by the department of archeological and national museums, entertainment by the department of fine arts, human maps and symbols of regions and states by the university of national culture and fine arts (Mandalay), encircle of national races at the flag hoisting ceremony by the ministry office. At the meeting, the attendees discussed the relevant sectors of assigned duties.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the union minister instructed to carry out the duties for the successfully holding the 75th anniversary diamond jubilee union day.
