Coordination Meeting: Coordination meeting on the amended draft Law held

The coordination meeting on the amended draft Law Relating to Private Health Care Services (2025) was held in the meeting hall of the Ministry of Legal Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw on November 5.

Attending the meeting are Union Minister for Legal Affairs and Union Attorney General Dr. Thida Oo, Deputy Minister and Deputy Attorney General, Director General and responsible officials from the Ministry of Legal Affairs, as well as responsible officials led by Deputy Minister Dr. Aye Tun from the Ministry of Health. 

According to the guidelines for reviewing and presenting laws prioritized for amendment, the Ministry of Health has submitted a list of laws to the National Defense and Security Council for priority amendment, which includes this draft law.

Based on the notification for final coordination discussions from this office and the Ministry of Health’s support for the amendment proposed by the Union Minister, final discussions and coordination on this draft law were held, and it was agreed to continue submitting it to the relevant authorities.
