Construction Sector Development Law: NDSC enacted Construction Sector Development Law

The National Defense and Security Council has enacted the Construction Sector Development Law (the National Defense and Security Council Law No. 5/2026 on February 4, in accordance with Section 427 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The law consists of 18 chapters and 85 Sections and Sub-Sections. It was signed by Acting President Senior General Min Aung Hlaing in accordance with the provisions of the Section 427 of the Constitution.
