Congratulatory Message: Foreign Heads Of State Send Felicitations To Prime Minister

Foreign Heads of State sent felicitations to Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on the occasion of the 74th Anniversary of Independence Day of Myanmar.

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin said in his message that Russia-Myanmar relations are characterized by traditional friendship, and by joint efforts they will be able to ensure the further development of bilateral cooperation in political, trade and economic, science and technology and other spheres for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries in the interests of strengthening regional stability and security.

Likewise, King of the Kingdom of Cambodia His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni said that Cambodia and Myanmar enjoy traditional relations of friendship and cooperation. Cambodia also greatly values its close association with Myanmar through participation in the ASEAN Regional Forum, and assured their continuing commitment to Myanmar’s peaceful development.

Also, Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen said as the chair of ASEAN in 2022, Cambodia stands ready to working closely with Myanmar to help achieve national reconciliation and durable peace in the country, thus safeguarding and promoting peace, stability and sustainable development in the region and beyond.

Similarly, Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Roman Golovchenko sent the congratulatory message, confirming his sincere desire to strengthen the dialogue between the Belarusian and the Myanmar peoples, as well as to deepen the mutually beneficial cooperation between the countries in trade and economic spheres. He expressed that there is significant potential for the further development of constructive ties between Belarus and Myanmar.
