Concluding Official Visit to Thailand : Myanmar delegation arrives back in Nay Pyi Taw

After an official visit to Thailand at the invitation of Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, Myanmar delegation led by President U Min Aung Hlaing departed to Myanmar via Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok on Friday afternoon.

They were seen off by Thai Prime Minister, High Ranking officials, Myanmar Ambassador to Thailand and Myanmar Military Attaché (Army, Navy, and Air) with the accompaniment of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Guard of Honor formed up on both sides of the red carpet.

During the official visit, the President met with the Thai Prime Minister and Acting President of the National Assembly, as well as participated in the Myanmar-Thailand Business Forum. The visit focused on strengthening cooperation in trade, investment, security, and the protection of Myanmar nationals and workers in Thailand.

Several agreements and MoUs were signed to enhance bilateral relations. The Myanmar delegation arrived in Nay Pyi Taw in the evening and was welcomed by senior government and military officials, along with representatives from the Royal Thai Embassy in Myanmar.
