







The opening ceremony of the Chinese Culinary Training Course was held Monday morning at the Shwe San Eain Hotel in the Nay Pyi Taw Hotel Zone.
The training is supervised by the Ministry of Hotels, Tourism, and Culture, and co-organized by the Fujian International Language School and Kunming Vocational University of Science and Technology from Kunming, Yunnan Province, People's Republic of China.
First, the Union Minister delivered the opening address. Following this, the Chairman of the Board from Kunming Vocational University of Science and Technology and the Honorary Principal of Fujian International Language School explained the objectives of opening the course and the schedule for upcoming training sessions.
The Chinese Culinary Training Course commenced concurrently on June 29 in Nay Pyi Taw and Mandalay. A total of 120 trainees are attending the one-week training program. Similar training courses are also scheduled to be opened in other tourist destinations, including Yangon, Taunggyi, Pyin Oo Lwin, and Ngwesaung, in the coming month of July, it’s reported.
