China's Nanjing holds online forum for global innovation partnership

Nanjing City of east China's Jiangsu Province on Wednesday held an online forum for its global innovation partnership. The Overseas Partners Innovation Dialogue -- Nanjing Week Online, as part of the 2020 Nanjing Tech Week, focused on the integration of culture and technology, and explored the possibilities of urban innovation and development in the face of challenges in the new era.

The dialogue took place simultaneously on Wednesday in the main venue in Nanjing and the overseas venue in CNBC's London Studio via video conference. The attendees also exchanged views on how to minimize the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the cultural and tourism industry, and how to restart the tourism market and unleash consumption potential as soon as possible after the pandemic. The Nanjing Tech Week, started in June 22, will last until June 26 with various online and offline summits and cultural programs.
