Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi urged the United States Sunday to iron out its differences with Beijing. At a press conference, Wang said that they observe a certain country erecting tariff barriers and pursuing decoupling and supply chain disruption.

He also told the reporters this year is indeed a big year for China-US relations, adding that they can change the way they interact with each other. Wang addressed a range of issues, including the US-China relationship, tensions in the South China Sea, as well as conflicts in the Middle East.
