China-ASEAN Cooperation: China-ASEAN Construction Cooperation Dev. Forum held

Union Minister for Construction U Myo Thant gave a Video Key Note Speech at the China-ASEAN Construction Cooperation and Development Forum and High Quality Residential Environment Exhibition held at Nanning city in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China from 25th to 27th November.

First, the Union Minister congratulated for the organizing China-ASEAN Construction Cooperation and Development Forum and High Quality Residential Environment Exhibition. By organizing this forum, it will be enable to strengthen the acquiring mutual interest for the ASEAN-China Community in the implementation of ASEAN-China Strategic Partnership Relation leading to the peace and prosperity.

It’s an opportunity to share the experiences on the development of construction sector by the sectoral experts and the leaders from each country to emerge high quality standard community. This forum is believed to greatly facilitate the development of construction sector of Myanmar and building the community of sustainable development.

It’s expected to move forward with friendship, supporting and understanding by the members of ASEAN countries, neighboring countries and countries of friend from around the world in such a period.

The forum was held from 25th to 27th November, 2022 and the senior government officials from the People’s Republic of China, engineers, experts, professionals from local and international construction industries etc. the policies and opportunities of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, Internet regarding construction sector, public security technology and urban security, Smart Infrastructure service, digital construction and development of buildings, the status to be equilibrium of carbon emission and carbon absorption in the construction industries will be discussed, it’s learnt.
