China and India to hold border talks in Beijing

Beijing announced that on Monday Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi would meet India's National Security Adviser Ajit Doval for the 25th round of the India-China Special Representatives’ talks.

"At this meeting, the two sides will continue to engage in in-depth communication on the boundary question and jointly safeguard peace and tranquility in the border areas," Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Lin Jian told reporters.
