Certificate Awarding Ceremony: Nursing and Midwifery Certificate awarded in Monywa

The Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the Nursing and Midwifery Training School (Monywa), Sagaing Region, was held on the morning of June 3 in the school's assembly hall. Sagaing Region Chief Minister U Ko Lay attended the ceremony and delivered a congratulatory address.

Following this, the Regional Director of the Public Health and Medical Services Department delivered a speech, and the Principal of the Nursing and Midwifery Training School (Monywa) formally handed over the Nursing and Midwifery Diploma certificates to the academic principal responsible for training and instruction.

After the ceremony, the Regional Chief Minister and officials visited Basic Education High School No. 2 in Dawna Chan Ward and the Branch Basic Education High School in Obo Taung အိုးဘိုတောင် Ward, Monywa Township. They observed students peacefully and comfortably attending classes for the 2026–2027 academic year.

During the visits, the Chief Minister and officials inspected the teaching and learning activities, coordinated with relevant officials, and arranged for the fulfillment of necessary requirements and support measures, it’s reported.
