Celebration in Shan State :Taunggyi marks 61st Myanmar Police Force Day

The 61st Myanmar Police Force Day was celebrated in Taunggyi of Shan State on Wednesday, with a formal ceremony held at the city hall.

Chief Minister U Aung Aung attended and urged police officers to carry out their duties lawfully, transparently, and with integrity, aiming to become a reliable and professional force that serves the public interest. During the ceremony, police promotions and awards were given to outstanding officers while certificates and cash rewards were presented to high-performing officers, civil staff, and students who excelled academically.

Family members were also recognized for excellence in home and agricultural projects. The ceremony also included a video presentation and exhibition booths as well as the lucky draw program.
